At The Ottoman Society, we aim to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Pre-order items are processed according to the production timeframe stated on the relevant product page. Please refer to the product description for specific pre-order dates and estimated shipping timeframes.

Delivery Estimates

Australia

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days after dispatch.

International

International orders generally take approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, postal service, customs processing and other factors.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are produced after the pre-order period closes.

The estimated production and shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before you place your order.

Please allow additional time for production before your order is dispatched.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided by email where tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

The Ottoman Society is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's services and conditions.

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so that we can assist where possible.
